Myfanwy Gullifer

For her latest exhibition About Love, Myfanwy has used papier-mâché, recycled blankets, fabric and clay, to reflect on the intimacy, emotional connection, joy and tension, that is love. 

For Myfanwy Gullifer, love is a little like the breast, generous, soft, uplifting, they droop and grow old. The breast, like love, encourages intimacy, an emotional connection, they grow, they feel pain, they travel long distances through life if they are lucky, they can empower, weigh heavy, at some point they are set free.

Her quirky, joyous and outrageous works are sure to delight; the viewer cannot help but smile.
